Downtown Salt Lake City Condominium

An Open And Cheerful Condo

This is a shameless plug. A deserving one I might add. After all, I am  your friendly author with a lot of help from my friends. But this plus is also deserving because of the home it is. It is as titled a Downtown Salt Lake City Condominium. It’s not just any condominium. A recent agent visiting this home said it, “It’s the best condominium in Salt Lake City. And it isn’t priced like the others near Temple Square or City Creek, like outa site. It is $599,000 and over 2500 square feet. It is in the Unique building, Garden Towers.

Here is the link to it’s virtual tour

It doesn’t get any better than this! Easy to show top floor suite boasting over 2300 sq. ft. of beautifully redone living space on one level, and it is quiet! Very short walking distance to City Creek Mall, Temple Square, etc. Sweeping views of the State Capitol and City Creek Canyon. Twice the space for half the price of other downtown/City Creek condos. Quality throughout. Must see inside! In addition the entire roof is a delightful garden, gazebo, and all amenities for entertaining in the summer months. This condo is a very rare find!
When I was listing this home, it was after dark, I looked up at the view to the Capitol and City Creek Canyon and I thought, “I just can’t believe that you are selling this place”.
The lookers love it. Interestingly the most common person or couple to see this home have one issue in common. That issue, they have a large home to sell and the process seems overwhelming. I understand that emotion, we have been there a couple of times. I must say we did it right twice. We purchased without worrying about selling. Owning two homes seems like a bad solution. It’s actually a good one.  You can downsize at your own pace. Pick and choose what you keep, what you sell, or what you give to the kids. The removal of the stress is so worth the double home ownership issues.
Another advantage is unique to this condominium: there isn’t anything like it at the price in as a downtown Salt Lake City Condominium. Someone is going to be glad they didn’t lose it.

This is a wonderful Downtown Salt Lake City Condominium
